(Photo by Julian Herbert/Getty Images)The filly Listen is the current antepost favourite – with best odds of 8 – for the Epsom Oaks. She is followed by Sense of Joy, at odds of 14.

For the Irish Oaks, top trainer Aidan O’Brien has entered several horses for Mrs John Magnier, Michael Tabor, and Mrs David Nagle – as well as for Derrick Smith. Dermot Weld’s entries for the Moyglare Stud Farm, which is based in the Curragh area, and for Newtown Anner Stud Farm, are worth watching in Irish Oaks odds.

Likewise, entries by John M Oxx for the legendary HH Aga Khan stables and by Jim Bolger, Sir Michael Stoute, and PW Chapple-Hyam are likely to feature high, depending on their performance at the Epsom Oaks and in preceding races of similar distance.
